FGV Europe will take part in the Raw Materials Week 2025, from 17 to 21 of November in Brussels, joining the Brazilian delegation coordinated by ApexBrasil to present new opportunities for cooperation on critical minerals and rare earth elements — essential inputs for the energy transition, clean technologies, and high-value industrial sectors.

Alongside representatives from MME, MCTI, BNDES, ApexBrasil, IBRAM – Instituto Brasileiro de Mineração, academia, and the private sector, FGV Europe reinforces its mission to connect applied research, public policy, and innovation between Brazil and the European Union. Our participation in technical discussions with the European Commission, Brazilian institutions, and industry leaders contributes to shaping a more structured and long-term cooperation grounded in ESG principles.
The Brazilian delegation will also present the ongoing development of the National Policy for Critical and Strategic Minerals, as well as the new opportunities emerging from the conclusion of the Mercosur–EU negotiations.
