The project titled “Engagement with Itamaraty for Alignment of Actions within the Scope of Brazilian Soft Power on the African Continent” aims to strengthen the collaboration between FGV Europe and Itamaraty. Under the subtitle “Collaboration between FGV Europe and Itamaraty in Africa”, experts Cleber Guarany and Giuliano Senatore are working to leverage Itamaraty’s support for FGV Europe’s projects on the African continent.
Currently ongoing until 2024, this project involves crucial meetings and collaborations aimed at promoting Brazil’s cultural, educational, and diplomatic influence in African countries. The initiative seeks to advance actions that enhance Brazilian soft power by strengthening cultural and diplomatic relations between Brazil and Africa.
The main objective of this project is to promote cooperation and alignment of actions between FGV Europe and Itamaraty to strengthen Brazilian soft power in Africa. Through this close collaboration, the aim is to ensure that FGV Europe’s projects are implemented efficiently and effectively while also promoting Brazil’s strategic interests.
The importance of this project cannot be overstated. It represents a significant step towards advancing economic and cultural development in Africa while also solidifying Brazil’s influence on the continent. The topics of cultural diplomacy, education, and international cooperation play a central role in this effort and will be further strengthened through this collaboration.
