In 2023, FGV Europe prepared, together with the city of Nova Canaã do Norte (MT), the strategic document:
The project comprised the analysis of the current strategic scenario, the socioeconomic, institutional and environmental profile of the municipality and its insertion in national and international trajectories on sustainable development.
A portfolio of projects was defined, as well as strategic guidelines (objectives and lines of action), in order to promote a new phase for the municipality that fosters innovation, sustainability and diversification of the economic matrix, through the implementation of productive activities that are coherent with its local vocations (e.g. bioeconomy, sustainable livestock farming, ecotourism, restoration ecological, among others).
The project was developed with an angle towards the city’s insertion in national and international markets.
