Diego Machado Andrade is a Financial Advisor at FGV Europe, working on financial structuring and project modeling — including economic and financial analysis, P&L, capital structure, and stakeholder alignment to define efficient financial models and structures. He has led advisory mandates in fundraising (equity and debt) and M&A for companies across different sectors and sizes. He previously worked in Private Equity at FORS Capital (with a thesis focused on ESG) and in economic studies at Austin Rating.
Diego holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), and is a registered Economist with CORECON-SP.
