Francisco is the Associate Director of Finance and Compliance at FGV Europe. He has a post-graduate degree in Production Engineering/Industrial Projects from the Alberto Luiz Coimbra Institute of Postgraduate Studies and Engineering Research at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPE/UFRJ) and a bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the UFRJ (FEA/ UFRJ).
He worked as a consultant in the development, management and in the implementation of consulting projects in the public and private sectors. From 2003 to 2019 he worked as a Project Manager, Deputy Project Director and Quality Director at FGV Projetos (Technical Advisory Unit of FGV).
