Luiz Gustavo is an Executive Manager with extensive experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and developing projects for the public and private sectors. Specific expertise in social-economic impacts, including SAM (Social Accounting Matrix) and complex economic models for scenario construction and measurement of public policies, tourism business chains, master plans and international research. Among the influential organizations where projects were developed are the World Bank, Interamerican Development Bank, OECD, World Tourism Organization, Brazilian Federal Government, State and city governments, etc.
Luiz Gustavo holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Nottingham University, Masters in Business from Nottingham University, and an undergraduate in Economics from Fluminense Federal University in Brazil. Additionally, he holds an invited Professor position at the Executive Professional Master’s in Business Management – Brazilian School of Public and private Administration (EBAPE/FGV).
