Marcus has been a consultant at FGV since 2016, with extensive experience in developing diagnostics, mapping activity flow, project management, planning, among other solutions applied to improving processes in national and international projects. He has worked on projects related to agriculture, infrastructure, environment, oil & gas and regional development, in Brazil and in countries in the African Continent (Mozambique, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau and Nigeria), and in Latin America (Paraguay and Argentina), coordinating multidisciplinary teams, in partnership with local governments and public and private institutions, such as: Provincia de Formosa (Argentina), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), The World Bank, Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA), Ministry of Agriculture, Vale S.A., Mosaic Fertillizer, Yara Fertilizers, Petrobras, ProAgro, Acelen, Mastercad Foundation etc. Architect with knowledge of technologies applied in multidisciplinary projects, specialist in process analysis and mapping, technological integration and implementation of highly complex projects. Currently, he collaborates as Project Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation for the GEF project “Amazon Sustainable Landscapes – ASL (Phase 2) with the World Bank in partnership with the National Secretariat of Biodiversity, Forests and Animal Rights of the MMA.
